Retreat Details:

Day One 
Check-in after 3pm Settle in, unwind, and enjoy our property, walk the nature trails,  soak in the outdoor hot tubs or kick back at the fire-pit.  Book a spa service, have dinner in the Retreat Café, and get ready for your journey to self-empowerment and well-being!
7:00 PM Your Journey Begins…A mug of warm Spiced Apple and Pear Cider
Your first Talk with Julie – 3Cs to Self-Empowerment and Well-Being
“Take Charge of Your Life, Take Control of your Thoughts and Take Care of Yourself”
9:00 – 9:45pm Unwind with Candlelight Gentle Yoga
9:45pm Nighty Night Lavender Cookie with Warmed Rosemary & Wildflower Honey Milk
Day Two
8:30 am Breakfast
9:30 – 11:30am Talk with Julie – “Explore more about the 3Cs’
12:00pm Lunch
 1:00 – 6:30pm An afternoon of relaxation and reflection, on your own time!
Use your $50 Wellness Credit towards a wellness class, a spa service, or a one-on-one personal coaching with Julie (pending availability)
6:30pm Dinner, featuring handcrafted artisan dishes
7:45pm Talk with Julie – “Imprint the 3Cs into your Everyday Life
9:00 pm A Bonfire under the stars with s’mores
A special activity – “Fuel Your Inner Power
(Inclement weather plan will also be in place)

10:30 to Noon Closing with Julie – “Keep Your Power and Well-Being Alive!”
